I’ve hand raised 2 baby rabbits, and they’re not scared of my dog at all. They’re too comfortable. Now they’re about 6 weeks old. And they are always jumping on my back and running up to me no matter if I have food or not.😂😂😂

Also Advantage kitten or small cat 5 to 9 lbs works. I've used it many many times for extreme infestations.

Mites are very species specific, so the warning to worry or treat other pets is unnecessary.

Thanks for the tip I also have a guinea pig and use the same method. Another thing that helps is I distract them by feeding them some lettuce. They tend to ignore the nail cutting when their eating vegetables 😂.

They need more bedding than that and switch beddings NOW. Shavings are terrible for hamsters

You can do pour in cattle ivermectin . You can also buy ivermectin for horses in an oral paste …. But nowhere did you mention that a nutritious diet including weeds and herbs makes a better immune system . Revolution is extremely toxic to your rabbit cat dog and you .

Very nervous about my Blu and her surgery. Live in an area that doesn't really have a specific rabbit exotic vet they seem to not care too much and I can't seem to find anyone else. Hopefully it all goes well with my sweet gurl. Thank you for sharing especially the banana tip cuz my Lil boi refused his medication after his neuter surgery was running around happily few days after everything. Know spay is harder though.

I got a male paralett on the 28 of February so far he as not made a sound he eating ok and drinking he is 9 months old I had from a breeder he is parent raise he just seat all day I try talking to him as well can you give any advice how long do it take to settled in ps also he not tame

Did any of them wear a cone? Ours were sent home with a cone and we’re told they had to wear them for 10-14 days for a neuter.

I am surprised she was discharged without eating on her own. Usually they will keep them overnight. At least my vet does for good practice.

Parrotlets are different, he maybe biting bc you’re coming near his cage. The aggression could just be territorial

I’m SO glad you posted this video. I watched it in preparation for getting my girl bunny spayed ✅ it’s only been 4 days and she acts like nothing has happened 😳 I chose an excellent vet recommended by The House Rabbit Society. I got both my male and female fixed. They are doing GREAT and I couldn’t be happier. They had only been to this vets office once. It’s an hour and a half away so its quite a journey and thru Denver traffic 🤪 Having this video has been invaluable and really prepared me for the recovery process 💜💜💜

A warning for those who watch this video now like me; If you are considering buying a bird or have done so, keep your bird as far away from the kitchen as possible. Even if your bird is in a cage while you are cooking, the toxic gases from teflon can kill it instantly. There could be another accident. The kitchen is too dangerous for birds. Do not keep the cage in the kitchen. I don't know why this beautiful spirit passed into the afterlife. But i hope she didn't die of poisoning.

I had rabbit before when I was like 13 and these two rabbits r rlly difficult to bond with🥺 I've tried sitting there for few but 1 came over and the other just stomps her feet

I brought 2 new bunnys (adopted them) and the one actually came out and got close to me but the other ran and stamps the back foot so ig she doesn't like me 😭🥺 I removed the run bc I think it's wrong for animals to be caged up and Idk how to help my bunnys see I'm no threat 🥺💔
